Shipping
Shipping rates within Canada:
A $ 3.00 handling fee is including in the calculated shipping costs to help cover the costs of packaging materials, thank you. Orders shipped within North America will be sent via Canada Post, as we are able to pass along our discounted rates to you. Shipping costs will be added to the total you see on the order form.
If you are in Brandon, Shilo, Sprucewoods or Douglas, you can either pick up your order (at an agreed upon place and time), or we can deliver your order ourselves. If delivering to you by hand, we will try to co-ordinate your delivery with others. These options show up in your SHIPPING ZONE options when you are placing your order. Please select the appropriate one, with a note in the notes field, and we will contact you to make arrangements. Thank you in advance for working with us!
United States and Northern Territory orders:
Shipping costs will be added to your order total at the time of processing. Every effort will be made to use the most economical shipping method possible. The company cannot determine when/if brokerage/customs fees will be incurred, and as they are not our charges, cannot inform a customer if this happens to an order. Any brokerage or customs fees/duties incurred due to shipments crossing the border for US orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Method:
Orders will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified. Every effort will be made to process and ship your order within three to five (3-5) business days. We are in a rural location and send parcels out once a week. We thank you for your order and wish you happy suds!
