Shipping
Shipping rates within Canada:
A $ 3.00 handling fee will be applied to all orders to help cover the costs of packaging materials, thank you. Orders shipped within Canada will be sent via Canada Post, as we are able to pass along our discounted rates to you. Shipping costs will be added to the total you see on the order form. If you are in Brandon or close to us, we can deliver your order ourselves and charge a flat $3 fee for fuel. You are more than welcome to pick up your order, please call in advance to make sure the shop is open.
US and Canadian Northern Territory orders:
Shipping costs will be added to your order total at the time of processing. Every effort will be made to use the most economical shipping method possible. The company cannot determine when/if brokerage/customs fees will be incurred, and as they are not our charges, cannot inform a customer if this happens to an order. Any brokerage or customs fees/duties incurred due to shipments crossing the border for US orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Method:
Orders will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified. Every effort will be made to process and ship your order within three to five (3-5) business days. We are in a rural location and will only be sending out parcels on Tuesdays and Fridays. If a rush order is required, there will be an additional $5.00 added to your order.
