Wholesale Inquiries

Our customers have told us that our soap is among the finest they've used. All of our products are handmade, we do all our own labeling and our own packaging, which allows us to keep costs down. We don't buy our sprays and lotions from somewhere else and then re-package them. We make it right in our own shop. If we don't have something in stock, we will tell you - no need to wait for two weeks to find out that your order isn't coming because one of the items isn't ready yet.

Terms of Sale:

Sales Tax and/or Business License - In ALL cases, a Sales Tax number must be provided to us for our files. Out of province purchasers are exempt from sales tax, but holding a number is proof of business validity. Even if a crafter is selling goods at a sale, they must collect the proper taxes. A business license would be another proof of business should it be required.

How to Order - By phone, email or fax. Please call ahead before faxing. 

Minimum orders - First time order only - $ 100.00, and with placement of soap rack (to fill). After initial sale, order what will work for your establishment.

Freight Policy - Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We pass along our savings to you, there are no upcharges. We charge a small fee of $3.00 for packaging and handling. If you reside in the US, you will be responsible for any customs or brokerage fees that may arise from your shipment, we are not able to say when those charges may apply.                                                                                                                          

Payment - All orders are to be paid upon placement of order, or upon receipt in the case of local customers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, cheque or money order.

Returns and Backorders - We will, at our discretion, accept returns of packaged product if within it's due date and in good condition. If something is not selling for you, it shouldn't stay on your shelf. We cannot accept returns of soap more than one month after purchase. If you place an order and we do not have something ready in stock (ie: soap is still curing), we will make a note of it, and process the balance of the order when that product is ready. Our policy is to confirm balance and shipment before sending to you.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are provided a price list, it will include all products that have been retailed in our customers' establishments. If there is something you see on the site that you would like prices for, please ask. Note that some items have minimums, and in the case of wholesale orders, those minimums may be different due to margins (ie: Bath Bombs). All soap going into a retail establishment will be wrapped, the unwrapped choice seen on our website is only for individual, personal sales.

PLEASE NOTE: The wholesale prices provided to you are for your information only. We are not in the business handing out our discounted pricing to just anyone, and expect complete confidentiality.

Commission Structuring: Our goal is to get our product into as many people's hands as possible. With this in mind, we are creating a program whereby individuals may market and sell our product on behalf of our company and receive discounts on their sales or purchases. The discounts would typically be more than a professional discount, yet less that our wholesale discount. It could be such that someone wants to attend craft sales and/or do home parties with friends, co-workers, family and community members. In this case, we would provide start-up kits that include samplers and product at the discounted price, and those individuals could inventory product and then sell it, or they could simply take orders and we would ship directly. Although we haven't worked out all the details, we suspect that each case would be handled on an individual basis depending on the circumstances.
